COMMERCIAL USE FEES
Commercial Use of Harbor:
All commercial vessels, including but not limited to fishing charters and kayaks, shall pay $2.14 per revenue passenger as a tariff for loading and unloading passengers at the Skagway Small Boat Harbor. If the vessel only loads passengers at the Harbor, or only unloads passengers at the Harbor, the fee shall be $1.07 per revenue passenger.

NON-COMMERCIAL USE FEES
Annual Moorage:
$14.80/ft from January 1 - December 31
Senior Citizen Discount: 15% will apply to annual moorage fees paid by residents of Skagway who are age 65 or older for personal pleasure craft.
Transient Moorage:
$0.60 per ft. per day and $6.00 per ft. per month from January 1 - December 31
Long-term Storage:
$0.22/sq. ft. per month; 250 square foot minimum
Kayak Storage – Small Boat Harbor
$7.50 per month per vessel
Pressure Washer
$27.00 per hour; one-hour minimum
Grid Fee
$15.00 per tide
Haul-Out Fee – Clemar/Sealift
$210.00 round-trip: from water to stands and back
$155.00 round-trip: stay on trailer three hours maximum
$125.00 per hour; one-hour minimum yard move
Haul-Out Fee with Flatbed Truck
$65.00 per hour; one-hour minimum
Boat Launch Ramp Fee
$10.00 per launch; includes all boats, kayaks, canoes, etc.
$50.00 annual pass per vessel; includes all boats, kayaks, canoes, skiffs, motorized watercraft, and all other similar watercraft.
Commercial Launch Ramp at Harbor
$20.00 daily
$300.00 annual
Waiting List Fee – Small Boat Harbor
$50.00 initial fee to be added to waiting list
$10.00 annual fee
The waiting list fee will not be renewed automatically. Invoices will not be sent. It is the responsibility of the individual to contact the Harbormaster if they wish to remain on the list and pay the fee. Failure to do so will result in removal from the waiting list.
Harbor Crane Use Fee
$20.00 per hour with a 1/2-hour minimum; or
$50.00 annual fee
Transient Electrical Rates at Harbor
$10.00 per day for 30 amp; and
$20.00 per day for 50 amp
Harbor Labor Services
$100.00 per hour; one-half (1/2) hour minimum
Services may include septic pump out, bilge pump out, net change, small vessel line handling, waste oil processing, towage services, oil spill cleanup, among others.
Boat Maintenance Building:
Bay Rental 4/1 - 9/30: $32.00 per day
Bay Rental 10/1 - 3/31: $48.00 per day
Cleaning Deposit: $500.00 per rental period
