Planning & Zoning Commission
Per SMC 19.02 the Planning and Zoning Commission serves the following functions:
- The planning commission is appointed as the zoning commission. The planning commission, in performing its functions as the zoning commission, shall have such powers and shall perform such duties as are set forth in the zoning regulations of the municipality.
- The planning commission is appointed as the platting board. The planning commission, in performing its functions as the platting board, shall have such powers and shall perform such duties as are set forth in the subdivision regulations of the municipality.
